Definitions
An assignment contract is a contract concluded between a temporary work agency operator and the temporary worker whereby the latter gives a commitment to the temporary work agency operator, in return for remuneration, to carry out in the user company a precise and not permanent task.
An assignment contract is an employment contract so that in the event of litigation between the temporary work agency operator and the temporary worker, the case must be brought before the Labour Court, which will adjudicate.
Nota Bene
An assignment contract does not bind the temporary worker to the user company.
