Since the State of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg does not collect personal data, except for IP addresses in the web server logs for security purposes, user consent is not required before visiting this site.
The Organization responsible for this site is the data controller.
The user may submit complaints regarding the protection of their personal data via the available communication channels or directly to the Organization responsible for the site. Contact Form on the Site
The information collected from the user in the contact form is processed by the relevant Organization to handle the request.
By completing the form, the user agrees to have their personal data processed as part of their request. This information is retained for the necessary duration required by the administration to fulfill the purpose of the processing.
The retention period for the communicated data depends on the request, and the Organization will provide this duration or the criteria used to determine it upon request.
The recipient of the user’s data is the competent Organization processing the request. Please contact the relevant Organization to know the recipients of the data on this form.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing and the free movement of such data, the user has the right to access, rectify, and if necessary, erase their personal information. They also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Additionally, except when the processing of data is mandatory, the user may object to such processing for legitimate reasons.

Audience Measurement-Related Processing
Certain non-identifying data related to the user's hardware and software are collected during visits to the public site. This data collection aims solely to provide traffic statistics (browser type, resolution, approximate location, etc.) to better serve the users.
The full IP address of the user is never stored. Only part of the IP address is retained to generate global statistics, and it is not possible to identify individual users.
