The personal data that may be collected for the purposes of this processing includes, in particular, those referred to in Articles L. 142-1 et seq. of the Labour Code, namely:
- The identity, address, and email and telephone contact details of the posting employer;
- The identity, address, and email and telephone contact details of the reference person (if a natural person);
- The surname, first name, usual place of residence, date of birth and nationality of the posted employee;
- The identity, address, and email and telephone contact details of the direct subcontractor (if a natural person);
- The posted employee’s place of accommodation, if different from the employee’s usual place of residence.
- Data relating to the sex/gender of the posted employee to fulfil certain broader tasks in the public interest entrusted to the ITM by Article L. 611-1 of the Labour Code, particularly those relating to the general monitoring of working conditions and the promotion of equality.
Article L. 142-3 of the Labour Code lists the documents to be provided to the ITM when requested by the ITM.
