The Inspection du travail et des mines (Inspectorate of Labour and Mines, hereinafter the “ITM”) makes available an electronic platform intended for companies established abroad which wish to post employees to the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in order to provide services there.
That platform enables a company established abroad, which wishes to post employees to Luxembourg territory with a view to providing services there, to declare to the ITM the information needed to obtain a social badge, and to facilitate the legal monitoring carried out by the ITM, in accordance with Articles L.141-1 et seq of the Labour Code.
The aim of the present policy is to inform you how such personal data is processed and the arrangements for doing so.
