D3d3 - What notice period must be observed in the event of termination during the probationary period?

The notice period in the event of termination during the probationary period is calculated by reference to the length of the probationary period stipulated in the contract.

The period of notice may not be less than:

  • as many days as there are weeks in the probationary period agreed in the employment contract;
  • 4 days per month of probation agreed in the contract, but no shorter than 15 days and no longer than one month.
