D5d3 - Is an employer required to record night work in a special register?

The employer is required to record in a special register or file all extensions of normal working time, hours worked on Sundays, on statutory public holidays or at night, and the wages paid under any of those headings.

The said register or file must be produced whenever requested by an officer of the ITM.
