By virtue of the provisions of the Labour Code, an employment contract must mention among other things the weekly working time.
Failure to fulfil the legal obligation to stipulate the weekly working time does not incur the penalty of retroactive redeployment of the contract as a full-time contract.
In the event of litigation, it is incumbent on the parties to produce evidence on this matter.
