The benefit of a progressive return to work for therapeutic reasons is subject to the following conditions:
- The employee has been unable to work for at least one month during the three months preceding the request;
- The employee is still unable to work at the time of the request;
- The return to work and the work to be performed are recognized as contributing to an improvement in the employee’s health;
- The employer has given its consent.
The request for a progressive return to work for therapeutic reasons must be submitted to the CNS.
