D7c2 - Is the employer required to keep open the post of the pregnant women?

During the maternity leave, the employer is required to keep the post for the absent female employee or, if that is impossible, a similar post corresponding to her qualifications and attracting remuneration that is at least equivalent.

The period of maternity leave is taken into account for determination of her rights of seniority. A female employee also retains the benefit of all advantages which she acquired before the commencement of maternity leave.
