A hiring-out contract must include at least the following details:
- the reason for recourse to the taking on of a temporary worker (in the case of replacement of an absent employee, the name of the absent employee);
- the duration of the assignment;
- the special characteristics of the work post to be filled, the professional skills required, the place of assignment and the normal work schedule;
- an indication of the remuneration received in the user company by an employee having the same skills or equivalent skills, employed by it under the same conditions as a permanent employee.
Nota Bene
Any clause in a hiring-out contract prohibiting the user company from recruiting the temporary worker after expiry of the assignment contract is void.
