Definitions
A hiring-out contract is a contract concluded between a temporary work agency operator and a user company.
By such a contract, the temporary work agency operator makes available to the user company a temporary worker, so that the latter can perform a specific and non-permanent task.
A hiring-out contract is a commercial contract, so that, in the event of litigation between the temporary work agency operator and the user company, the matter must be brought before, and will be decided by, the commercial court.
Nota Bene
A hiring-out contract does not bind the user company to the temporary worker.
