During the period of assignment of temporary workers, responsibilities are shared.
The user (user company) is alone responsible
- for compliance with the health and safety conditions at work; and
- the application to those temporary workers of the provisions of laws, regulations, administrative measures and agreements relating to working conditions and to the protection of employees in the pursuit of their occupations.
The temporary work agency operator is alone responsible
- for the remuneration of the temporary worker; and
- for the related social and fiscal charges.
