D3b5 - Must the employer give reasons for dismissal with notice during a probationary period?

No.

During the probationary period, the employer enjoys a discretionary right to terminate the employment contract without the need to explain himself by disclosing to the employee the reasons underlying his decision.

Nota Bene

Even if the employee has expressly requested disclosure, the employer is not obliged to disclose to him the reasons for termination with notice.
