All employees are entitled to an uninterrupted weekly rest of 44 hours which must, as far as possible, include a complete Sunday.
Where a weekly rest is not possible and regardless of any finding by the ITM, employees are entitled to supplementary leave for each complete period of 8 weeks, whether or not successive, during which the above-mentioned uninterrupted rest period of 44 hours is not granted (maximum of 6 additional days of leave per year).
At the end of a weekly rest period, the following weekly rest must take place within the next 7 days.
