Where daily working time exceeds 6 hours per day, the work schedule must include one or more rest periods, remunerated or otherwise, consonant with the nature of the activity performed. It should be noted that the duration of such rest period is not prescribed by law.
The daily work schedule can include only one unpaid rest period.
Every employee has the benefit, during every period of 24 hours, of a rest period of at least 11 consecutive hours.
