D2d18 - What other provisions of the Labour Code are applicable to internships?

The provisions concerning working time (Chapter One of  the Title I of Book II of the Labour Code), to weekly rest, to  public holidays and to annual paid leave (Chapters I to III of Title III of  Book II of the Labour Code), to sexual harassment (Chapter V of Book II), to safety at work (Title I of  Book III), to health at work (Title II of Book III) and to the employment of young employees (Title IV of Book III) are also applicable to internships provided for by Luxembourg or foreign educational institutions and for practical internships with a view to acquiring vocational experience.
