An internship agreement must without fail indicate:
- the activities entrusted to the intern;
- the start and end dates of the internship and the maximum weekly attendance of the intern;
- the arrangements for authorisation for absence, in particular to go see a potential employer;
- where appropriate, the allowance payable to the intern;
- the appointment of a tutor;
- any advantages which may be available to the intern;
- the social protection scheme available to the intern, with particular regard to accident insurance;
- the conditions for unilateral or mutually agreed termination of the internship agreement before the end of the internship.
