Until the end of the probationary period, each of the parties may bring the assignment contract to an end
- without notice or compensation;
- by registered postal letter or by personal delivery to the other party of a double copy for signature to indicate acknowledgement of receipt.
After the probationary period, the contract can no longer be cancelled by the parties, except by mutual agreement or with immediate effect in the case of serious misconduct.
