Ordinary leave

Each employee is entitled to a minimum of 26 working days of paid leave per year.

However, for certain categories of employees or in certain specific cases, the law provides for additional days:

Technical employees working in the mining industry

Additional paid annual leave in the event
of a shortened weekly rest period

Employees or apprentices who have not been able to benefit from a continuous rest period of 44 hours
