Yes.
The employer must establish and keep up to date a register, with the following details for each occupant:
- the surname, forename, usual place of residence, date of birth, nationality and identity document number of the worker away from his place of work;
- the place where the worker is accommodated throughout the period when he is away;
- the amount of costs relating to accommodation;
- the start and the end of occupancy of the accommodation.
The register has to be countersigned by the worker concerned.
It must be produced whenever requested by officers of the ITM.
