Prior notice must contain the following information:
- Communication date
- Precise address of construction site
- Project owner(s) (name(s) and address(es))
- Nature of project
- Main contractor(s) (name(s) and address(es))
- Health and safety coordinator(s) throughout the project preparation (name(s) and address(es))
- Health and safety coordinator(s) throughout the project implementation (name(s) and address(es))
- Presumed start date of construction works
- Presumed duration of construction works
- Maximum number of workers expected on the construction site
- Number of companies and private contractors expected on the construction site
- Identification of companies that have already been selected.
It is to be provided to the Inspectorate of Labour and Mines 10 days prior to commencing work.
An update must be sent if required. A requirement is defined as:
- A reduction in construction time if the work will be carried out simultaneously or arranged by shifts that were not initially accounted for,
- A substantial increase in the number of workers present simultaneously or the number of employers or the number of companies that do not have employees,
- The arrival of additional participants (new companies, sub-contractors),
- A change in the project owner or change in a main contractor appointed by the owner in accordance with Article 13 "Responsibility of project owners and employers" of the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 27 June 2008,
- A change in the safety coordinator.
