D15a41 - What is to be understood by “dwelling”, “room” and “collective facilities”?

“Dwelling” shall mean a building or any part of a building intended for residential purposes, comprising at least one living room, a kitchen niche and a bathroom with toilets.

“Room” shall mean a furnished or unfurnished room used for residential purposes in a building in which the kitchen, the living room and/or the bathroom are separate from the room and intended for collective use only.

The term “collective facilities” shall mean an area made up of a kitchen, a living room or a bathroom, intended to satisfy the needs of the occupants of one or more rooms and located outside such rooms.
