Luxembourg Liaison Office

The Luxembourg Liaison Office provides a first point of contact for a foreign employer who wishes to post workers to work within Luxembourg territory.

It is responsible for giving employers and workers posted to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg information about general matters of labour law and directing them where appropriate to the competent departments.

It is also entrusted with ensuring cooperation between the various public authorities concerned (Joint Social Security Centre, the Land Registration, Estates and VAT Department, the General Directorate for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc.).
