"E- Détachement" electronic platform

The "e-Détachement" electronic platform is an online application
enabling companies established abroad and wishing to post
employees to the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with a
view to providing services there, to declare to the Inspection du travail
et des mines (Inspectorate of Labour and Mines, hereinafter "the
ITM") the information needing to be disclosed in order to obtain a
social badge, and for the statutory checks to be carried out by the
latter in accordance with Articles L. 141-1 et seq. of the Labour Code.
